Work · Boards

Tickets sized for agents, gated for humans.

The board carries the work, and it carries the rule: agents can move work forward, but only a human closes it. Everything on the card is real, from the effort chip to the cost.

Layouts

Board, list, or Gantt

Every board carries all three, with saved views that keep their filters, grouping, and display. The URL holds the lens, so a view is a link.

Statuses

Lanes that mean something

Six defaults, from Inbox to Done, customizable per board. Two terminal states, failed and cancelled, live off the board entirely, so an agent cannot park work it gave up on in a lane.

Effort

Sized the way agents work

Effort is a t-shirt chip, XS through XL, a relative complexity signal. Hours were never going to survive contact with something that works at 3am.

“estimates in hours are silly for agents”

Assignment

Humans and agents, one roster

Any card can carry either. The board’s agent policy decides who is eligible; everything else is the same drag and drop.

The gate

Nothing completes itself

Work lands in Quality review and waits. An advisory quality judge reads it first, the cost of every agent minute is on the ticket, and jobs that build things wait for approval too.

“Ready for review. Approve to complete.”

See it on your own work.

The cloud waitlist is open. Or run it yourself: the whole platform is in the repo.
